Rebranding of OCS Srl in Hydreco Srl

OCS Srl, a Modenese company specialized in hydraulic cylinders made in co-design with the customer, with a solid history of over 50 years, changes its name and becomes Hydreco Srl. A choice dictated by the desire to present itself to the market through the Hydreco brand, specialized in motion solutions for the mobile sector within the Duplomatic Group.

Parabiago (Milan), Italy, July 15th 2021 Duplomatic MS Spa announces that, from July 19th next, the company OCS Srl, based in San Cesario sul Panaro (Modena), Italy, will take the name of Hydreco Srl and it will strengthen its synergy with Hydreco, the global reference brand for complete solutions for the mobile sector within the Group headed by Duplomatic MS Spa.

From a formal point of view, neither the tax data nor the current headquarters of Hydreco Srl (formerly OCS Srl) will undergo any changes. The name and logo change, but values, people, management remain the same.

OCS Srl, a historic company in the Modena area, that joined the Duplomatic Group in 2015, has continued in recent years to develop its skills for the design and production of customized hydraulic cylinders for mobile applications in the construction, railway, earthmoving, mining, steel, offshore and marine sectors.

Its integration into the Hydreco brand, which has always been present in the mobile sector, allows it to expand the offer to customers of complete solutions, which also include control valves, joysticks, hydraulic pumps and motors as well as HIC manifolds for mobile operating machines. At the same time, this change features an important strengthening of Hydreco Srl technical skills, for an increasingly complete and qualified service in the development of customized solutions with a high technological content.

The Hydreco brand communicates the vision of technology as the beating heart of growth, in constantly evolving markets, and it features a company that has been achieving constant, solid and sustainable development in the last five years.

Thanks to this operation, Hydreco in Italy strengthens its identity as a company with various production sites in the Emilia-Romagna mechatronics district: one plant in Vignola (MO), two in San Cesario, extending over 4,400 square meters, in which a total of about 100 associates are employed, including workers, engineers and designers, application technicians and qualified sales personnel.

“Hydreco Srl is the evolution of OCS Srl and its rebranding is a key factor in our path of innovation and growth as a partner of companies looking for an integrated product package for their operating machines. This change highlights our precise desire to become a player of excellence in the design and manufacturing of complete solutions for motion control.“,
